SPEAKING CLEAR AND WITHOUT FILTERS

I'm fed up with passivity,

I'm tired of waiting for people to ask me so I can say what I think,

Waiting to have the approval of others to go from being a flock to being a “difficult” person and do you know what:?

That I would rather be a thousand times a difficult person to deal with than an easy person to manipulate.

Tired of seeing how we are pigeonholed into 4 large groups that are classified by different categories.

The intelligent ones, the hard-working ones, the stupid ones and the lazy ones.

There are some of these categories that can be combined and serve different positions, leaving things as follows:

A few are intelligent and hardworking: these should be part of the general team.

The remaining 90% are stupid and lazy, only suitable for the easiest jobs.

What I am clear about is that the intelligent and lazy occupy the highest positions, since they have mental clarity and calm to decide well.

Stupid and hard-working people will never be given responsibilities because they will surely cause a lot of damage to the organization.

Let's fight against passivity and not let ourselves be pigeonholed, we need to have more attitude and be brave.

Don't wait for anyone's permission to do what you think you should do.

Let's stop gossiping quietly and behind the backs of others, this is not going to make our lives difficult but quite the opposite.

Don't shut up! Saying what you think and defending your ideas is not bad.

Stirring emotions and provoking reactions is not bad.
